What’s your process for designing supplement packaging and labels?

We start by understanding your product, brand, and regulatory needs. Then we move through creative concept development, regulatory layout structuring, and final production artwork. We also offer coordination with your manufacturer or printer to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How long does it take to complete a custom label or packaging design?

On average, a complete supplement label or packaging design takes 5–10 working days, depending on the complexity of the brief and number of revisions required. We’ll always confirm a timeline upfront.

What types of packaging formats do you design for?

We design labels and packaging for a wide range of supplement formats including bottles, jars, pouches, cartons, blister packs, and sachets. If you're not sure what's best for your product, we're happy to advise.

Can you help with compliance and legal requirements for supplement labels?

We’ve built up extensive knowledge of UK and EU supplement labelling regulations through years of experience in the industry. That said, we always recommend working with qualified food legislation experts to ensure your product is fully compliant. We regularly collaborate with specialist compliance partners and are happy to point you in the right direction. Our role is to make sure your supplement label design accommodates all the legally required information — including ingredients, nutritional tables, warnings, and directions for use.

Do you liaise with the manufacturer or print company?

We work closely with your manufacturer or print supplier to ensure all artwork is delivered to the correct technical specifications. With over 20 years of print and packaging experience, we can advise on suitable materials, finishes, and substrates for everything from bottles and pouches to cartons and blister packs.

All final artwork is supplied in a FOGRA39-standardised print format, commonly used by European printers. This ensures accurate colour reproduction and consistent print quality across all packaging types, making the transition from design to production as smooth as possible.

Do you offer branding as part of your packaging services?

Absolutely. Many clients come to us before launching and we help them with logo design, brand identity, tone of voice, and packaging, ensuring everything feels cohesive from day one.
